P.E. Days

We have P.E. on  Thursday days and Fridays

STUDENT TEACHER

During the next 7 weeks, we have two student teachers in school completing their final teaching placement.     Miss Ward is working with Year 1 and Miss Jones is working with Year 2.

Snack time

Children may bring in snacks for morning break and in the afternoon we have school fruit. At morning break the children may purchse toast (10p a slice) and crumpets (30p each). On a Wednesday the children may purchase pizza (50p) or bacon buttie (£1).

TAPESTRY

Throughout the year we use Tapestry as an online learning journey of all the children's work and experiences. To help us find out more about what they do at home, please send us some postcards.

I have shared below some of the youtube links we use in phonics to support your child's learning. Geraldine the Giraffe is a brilliant page to access. Jolly Phonics songs for Phase 2 and 3.

Once you have viewed this page, why not have a go at viewing other sounds Geraldine does on Youtube.

I have also added a number of  Maths counting video clips which the children enjoy joining in with and also a Jedi handwriting youtube clip which helps with cursive letter formation.

If you visit these websites, they provide you with some great Maths activities.
